Account deletion
This page explains how to delete your Cero One account, what happens to your data, and how to request deletion if you cannot access the app.

If you cannot access the app
Email ops@getceroone.com from the address tied to your account and ask for account deletion. We may ask for enough information to verify ownership before we process the request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the account and associated in-product history connected to it, including your daily check-ins, starts, resets, reflections, and notification preferences.
What may be retained
If billing has been used, some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Those records are kept only as long as required for those obligations.
Subscriptions
When you delete your account inside Cero One, the app attempts to stop connected Stripe billing before the account is deleted. If billing started through another provider, or if cancellation fails, cancel in Billing, through the provider where you started it, or by contacting support to prevent future renewal.
